Polly

            Holland is a place for many tulips blooming. In the Keukenhof Tulip Gardens there were many colors of tulip covered the landscape of Amsterdam. One of them was alone in different place, far away from others. Polly was the victim of bullying, she did not have any friends. The other tulips did not want to  be her friend because she had no scent. "Who are you? I do not want you close to me. Get out!" said a group of tulip. Later she said "Why all of you avoiding me?".  No answer from them. Polly could not block her tears, she cried. Day by day she cried a lot. "I hate my color, I do not like yellow. I want red. RED!" she shouted.

            A month passed, Polly had no passion to live anymore. Suddenly,  a group of rose planted next to her. They were very happy and amazed at the surround. They jumped, smiled brightly. Polly was curious about what was going on with them. "Why are you swaying gently in the breeze? Do not you feel annoyed with your color?" She asked. Rosie, one of the roses said "Why we should be annoyed with our selves? I do not have any reasons to do that. One day you will feel what we feel right now. Trust me, you will proud of your self." Then, she left her. On her mind, she had many questions, why they said like that. 

            On different day, more than 5 bulldozers stand in front of their petals exactly. It made them afraid. Then, every flower there was very confused and afraid.  "What should we do? Why they are here, what’s going on? "asked the white tulip. Leader of the tulip  was scared to death even every flower was staring at her. After thinking long time, she walked slowly then ran way from this garden. They were surprised at the first time and screamed with what she did. Time passed, very bad smell flower appeared in this condition. Polly, actually she was shocked, so speechless. However,she looked calm. She looked at the big things, then she run into them. Later, she took her scent to the air.  " Oh my god, what on earth is this. I can not stand with this bad smell." One of the men said. “What is that? That is the bad flower  I have ever seen.” She asked him many times to go out from the garden. “Hey you the evil men!. I am not afraid with you. Go out from here!. This is ours not yours.” Nevertheless the men laughed,  instead one of the bulldozers raised and wanted to dig her. The other flowers cried a lot, " It's enough! Don't do that! Please." But, Polly didn't pay attention on their voice. "I know you hear me, I don't want to see you die." shouted Rosie.   "I  will show you what you believe in me! Trust me!" Polly screamed.  Unfortunately, she fell down to the grounds, he injured deadly. "No!"  screamed the other flowers. At last, one of the men said "I can  not stand  in 5 minutes! I can not see clearly because of that color and this is very bad. I do not want to do this. I am dying, I am out." After that he ran away followed by others. Finally, the flowers  ran immediately to Polly, then they hugged her. They thanked her, every plants there were crying.

            Polly was chosen to be the leader in the Keukenhof Tulip Gardens. On royal day, She gave her speech. “This garden is ours. We have to protect and preserve it.No one can attact this. All of you are family, so please do what family do as well. Love and respect each other, do not you act differently to them who different from you. We are Unity in diversity.” Her speech closed with big round of applause. They lived beautifully in the beautiful garden.

The End of The Story

............. Time passed, the soldier chose the left gate. The left gate inside was a giant lion, the worst, the biggest creature in the world. This giant was staring at the soldier. He was shocked deadly. He realized that he did not bring anything except handy-talky in his pocket. Some good ideas came in his brain. Suddenly, he called his friend; an old friend from another planet. At that time, the monster raised his paw wanted to grab him. Fortunately, an old friend made of metal came nowhere. He held the monster's hand and clocked the man from it. Optimus Prime appeared, the soldier smiling brightly. Then, he ran to the center of the arena. "My lord, I would make confession. I am a soldier, I know where I am from and I know where place I should be. But, I do not want be apart with your beautiful daughter . My beloved Princess, you know well that I do really love you. How deep my love for you. Trust me! We know, nothing exists in this universe, but my love does not. I will be anything you want, my king. Please give us your blessing." The king realized that what had done before was wrong. The king let them got married at last. Besides, the high tax were erased from this kingdom because of the next king's approval. Actually, the soldier became the king. They were be a happy couple in the world for everlasting.

The Challenging Process of Writing

Writing is the  activity to arrange words by words to be a good sentences and we should put some best effort for better works. Somehow we face many difficulties, surely many students have vary difficulties about it. Writing divided into 4 parts;brainstorming, drafting, finalizing, and Proof reading. 
The process of four parts have different way to explore. Brainstorming  is the process of making mind-mapping. what we will explore the ideas come from arranging the ideas first in brainstorming. Sometimes,the first step here I got the difficulties in it. the questions in my mind is  what the creative ideas are. This work I do not have to gathering a list of ideas. It makes me easier. The next step is drafting. drafting is a stage of the writing process during which a writer organizes information and ideas into sentences and paragraphs. I think this is the hardest step of writing. we have to know the techniques how arrange words by words to make a good sentence, then it will be a good paragraph and make sure it is coherent. The next process is finalizing. This is the further process between drafting and ending process. Finalizing is the finishing touches to make sure it is good works. it will be done by our selves. The last is Proof reading. It is the activity of reading the others work. not only assess by our selves but also the others in  to avoid the subjective view.
Writing is the challenging process of writing. The reason above is one of many reasons.

SEMARANG STATE UNIVERSITY (SSU)

Semarang State University (SSU) is a state university located in the  capital city of Central Java Province. According to Education and Social Culture ministry SSU has been awarded as the 4th most favorite campus in Indonesia this year. This big university  which has about 49.000 students studying in various courses offered. Currently SSU has 8 faculties and a post-graduate program. They are; Educational Sciences Faculty, Languages and Arts Faculty, Social Sciences Faculty, Mathematics and Natural Sciences Faculty, Engineering Faculty, Sport Sciences Faculty, Economics Faculty, Law Faculty, and Post-graduate Program. On SSU, March 12th 2010, SSU was declared as a Conservation University. It has 7 pillars, they are; Conservation of Biodiversity, Green Architecture and Internal Transportation, Paperless Policy, Waste Management, Clean Energy, Art Cultural Conservation and Conservation Cadres. This special program has known over the mother-land, they usually call SSU as a green campus. The students not only domestic students here but also International students. Annually, International students are studying culture, language and works. They come from many countries over the world. Not only well-known in Indonesia but also the world.
